The cooking show takes place in the fascinating Venetian Patriarchate Seminary, close to the stunning Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute.
Ferdinando, following the Venetian cuisine traditions, will create some simple but delicious dishes that you can prepare again at home.

During the cooking show, you’ll listen to the amazing stories of Ferdinando and his 30-years’ experience in the cuisines around the world.

He’ll choose only seasonal fresh ingredients in order to serve you the best dishes ever.

At the end of the show you can taste what the Chef has cooked for you.

The Venetian Seminary is an artistic jewel in the heart of Venice: it’s located between Punta Della Dogana and Basilica di Santa Maria della Salute. Its façade faces the Grand Canal.

Pinacoteca Manfrediniana, Dorsoduro, 1, 30123 Venezia VE, Italy

With the Basilica of Santa Maria della Salute in front of you and the Grand Canal at your back, make your way to the left.
After a few metres you will find the entrance of the Pianoteca Manfrediana. The Chef will wait at the entrance with the sign "COOKING SHOW".

The lesson is not totally accessible for wheelchairs users of people with walking disabilities
Be at the meeting point 15 minutes before
The tour is not considered private but it is shared with other guests not belonging to the same party.
